Title: Decision Public Hearing* by the Board of Education of AIMS College Prep High School Charter - Petition and Charter (Renewal) - Grades 9 - 12 - July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2032, pursuant to Education Code Section 47605. ___ *The Purpose of the Decision Public Hearing on a Petition, following review of the Petition and the Initial Hearing, is for the Board to decide whether to grant or deny the Charter (Renewal), based on all staff published recommendations, if any, including the recommended findings, if any, and, if applicable, the certification from the county superintendent of schools prepared pursuant to paragraph (8) of subdivision (c) regarding the Petition and the giving of equivalent time and procedures for Petitioner(s) to present evidence and testimony to respond to the staff recommendations and findings, if any (Education Code Section 47605).
