Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract 2019-2020 between District and Springboard Collaborative, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide Before, During and After Programing Literacy or Reading Services, as described in attached revised Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at ten district school sites, for the period May 15, 2020 through May 31, 2021, in an additional amount of $72,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Contract from $369,750.00 to $442,250.00, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
