Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Contract between the District and Springboard Collaborative, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide intervention services in a virtual/distance learning format to include 4-week summer programs and afterschool reading programs that combines targeted reading instruction, family workshops, teacher coaching, and incentives to achieve lasting results in literacy, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the term May 15, 2020 through May 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $369,750.00.
