Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Professional Services Contract 2019-2020 by and between the District and Springboard Collaborative, Philadelphia, PA, for the latter to provide an eight-week after school small group elementary literacy intervention program for fifty students, each location, at Reach Academy, Grass Valley Elementary, and Garfield Elementary Schools, including family engagement and incentives, and Professional Management, Professional Development, all as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, in an additional amount of $160,500.00, increasing the Contract not-to-exceed amount from $1,564,540.00 to $1,725,040.00, for the period May 15, 2020 through February 20, 2023, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
