Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Professional Services Contract 2019-2020 and a Data Sharing Agreement 2021-2022 between the District and Springboard Collaborative, Philadelphia, PA, for the latter to provide intervention services in an in person learning format to include 4 and 5 week summer programs that combine targeted reading instruction, family workshops, teacher coaching, and incentives to achieve lasting results in literacy, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, in an additional amount of $626,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $938,040.00 to $1,564,540.00, and extending the term of the Contract from May 15, 2020 through February 20, 2022 to February 20, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
