Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 3, Lease-Leaseback Agreement (LLA) for the Foster The Center Project with Overaa/Tulum ("Contractor"), Richmond, CA, for the latter to provide the construction services delineated in said Charge Order for the Center New Central Kitchen, in the amount of $2,465,319.59, increasing the LLA not to exceed amount from $47,187,998.25 to $49,653,317.84, extending the current completion deadline of February 20, 2018 to February 17, 2021, an additional 361 calendar days. Approval of Change Order No. 3, LLA between the District and Overaa/Tulum/Eclipse is conditioned upon the concurrent approval of Change Orders No. 1 (21-0481) and 2 (21-0482). All other terms and conditions of the LLA remain in full force and effect.
