Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Lease-Leaseback Agreement (LLA) Between the District and Overaa/Tulum/Eclipse, Richmond, CA, for the latter to provide construction services which consist of extended general conditions due to schedule delays caused by Fire Alarm scope, Health Department scope, and PG&E delays for the New Central Kitchen for the Foster The Center Project, in the amount of $985,871.35, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $44,844,035.00 to $45,829,906.35, extending the current completion deadline of August 8, 2019 to January 31, 2020 (an additional 149 calendar days), as selected Contractor, pursuant to the Change Order. All other terms and conditions of the LLA remain in full force and effect.
