Title: Adoption by the Board of Education of the District Plan for the Low-Performing Students Block Grant - either Option 1 () or Option 2 () - Option 3: which is basically option 2 acceptance, instead of number 4, use the number 9, which gives 10 or more; and that, if as staff begins to implement the program it realizes that this threshold should be higher to allow to more beneficial use of the fund, staff shall come back to the Board and ask for opportunity to revise the threshold"; further authorizing the Superintendent of Schools to seek a Report submission waiver, explaining the inability of the Board to meet on February 27, 2019 or March 1, 2019, due to public protest blocking Board Meeting site; and further authorizing the Superintendent of Schools to submit said Plan/Report to the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
