Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide additional fire and intrusion alarm drawing consulting services that are outside the original scope for the District's fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems, as described in the proposal dated June 17, 2024, attached to this Amendment as part of Exhibit A, for the Child Care Services Medical Therapy Unit at the Santa Fe Campus Project, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $154,570.00 to $159,570.00, extending the term April 11, 2024 through December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025, and terminating the General Services Agreement dated January 25, 2025 (Legislative File Id 23-2852, Enactment No. 24-0112, January 24, 2024). All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
