Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 8, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide fire alarm system consulting services for the Hintil Kuu Child Development Center Fire and Intrusion Alarm Project, and for the Coliseum College Preparatory Academy Expansion Project, as further described in Exhibit A of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $88,442.00 (Hintil Kuu Child Development Center Fire and Intrusion Alarm Project $5,775.00, and Coliseum College Preparatory Academy Expansion Project $82,667.00), increasing the Agreement's not- to-exceed amount from $348,520.00. to $436,962.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
