Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2a, Agreement for Engineering Services by and between the District and Jensen Hughes, Inc., Concord, CA, for the latter to provide engineering design services for the District's fire alarm, and intrusion alarm consulting services of Phase II, as described in the proposal dated July 3, 2024, attached to this Amendment as part of Exhibit A, for the Fremont High School Modernization Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm & Fire Sprinkler Systems Engineering Services Project, in the additional amount of $35,100.00, increasing Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $119,470.00 to $154,570.00. All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
