Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP ("Contractor"), Livermore, CA, for the latter to provide Supervision of the Installing Contractor - Fire Prevention and Controls - for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, Increments 3, 4 & 5 for any and all Supervision work completed after 12/31/2020, in the amount of $113,123.00, as the selected Consultant, with a term of January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021, pursuant to the Agreement.
