Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement between District and Illuminaries ("Consultant"), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional services which consists of painting two (2) murals for the Fitness & Gym Areas, Fremont New Construction Project, in an amount not to exceed $59,000.00, as described in Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with work scheduled to commence on September 10, 2020, and scheduled to last until August 31, 2021, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said Consultant.
