Approval by the Board of Education of a Coalition Agreement between the District and Oakland Literacy for All Coalition, Oakland, CA, for District to become an active member of the Coalition, a collaboration of non-profit, community based, and direct service organizations that provide expanded opportunities for learning, collaboration, and advocacy for Oakland children and youth, working together to ensure that every Oakland child learns and loves to read and related activities, as described in the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for a term not to exceed four years from date of approval, via the Academics and Instructional Innovation Department, at no cost to the District.
