Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to work in partnership with the regular summer school program to expand and enhance summer enrichment and support services for students and provide related services, perform tasks, as described, in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Summer Learning Program at Roosevelt Middle School, for the period August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019, in the amount of an additional $19,890.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $372,393.00 to $392,283.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
