Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2 to Construction Contract between District and McGuire & Hester, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide work that is required to improve the capacity of the existing trench drainage system which currently backs-up during heavy rain storms causing significate ponding in the Alliance Academy playground in conjunction with the Elmhurst College Preparatory School Paving Project in the additional amount of $59,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,240,566.00 to $1,300,066.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
