Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and WestEd, San Francisco, CA, for the latter, using the APTT model to increase student academic learning and performance by enhancing the quality of parent-teacher collaboration, to provide said training to parents and teachers over nine days, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, between August 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $21,000.00.
