Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Alternatives In Action, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to support student athletes with two additional tutors that will be responsible for the collection of daily attendance and ensure students are compliant with health and safety requirements for out-of-school time sports activities at McClymonds High School, for the period of July 1, 2016 through August 20, 2017, in the amount of $40,000.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $231,511.00, to $271,511.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
