Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Ball for Life Oakland LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to facilitate 11 Move for Life classes a week, one for each homeroom, and facilitate four Mindful Sports Electives twice weekly, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Dewey Academy, for the term of August 8, 2023, through May 30, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00.
