Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Diversity in Health Training, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 1-3 staff members who will be on campus 1-2 days per week for 3-4 hours each day and will be providing families with various resources such as rental/financial assistance, immigration lawyers, medical and healthcare services, and support for completing forms, applications, or other paperwork; serve as liaisons and implement a process to communicate updates and progress to the school; coordinate with the school to establish a confidential system for tracking the number and type of services provided each month and will have opportunities to highlight school services to prospective Middle Eastern and North African families at Oakland International High School, for the period of February 7, 2024 through May 24, 2024, at no cost to the District.
