Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Center for Transformative Teacher Training, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide its No-Nonsense Nurture Professional Development Program, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Lockwood STEAM Academy, for the period of August 7, 2023 through August 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
