Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide weekly individual wellness consultation and stress relief/mindfulness groups to 20 teachers and school staff, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Reach Academy, for the period of August 14, 2023 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
