Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Empower Initiative, Hayward, CA, for the latter to provide its "Introduction to Fostering Belonging," for leaders investing in personal development and long-term cultural and structural change, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Dewey Academy, for the period of March 25, 2024 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
