Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Playworks, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provides comprehensive support to schools by delivering a fully trained Site Specialist who implements strategies, games, and systems to develop and sustain a positive educational culture, with a commitment to adhering to CDC guidelines for social distancing and group activities, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Manzanita SEED Elementary School, for the period of August 16, 2023 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $34,000.00.
