Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to support English language development with the student population and support the classroom teachers in small group and individual needs, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of January 23, 2024 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $17,500.00.
