Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and The Speech Pathology Group dba SPG Therapy and Education, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide four Full-Time Mental Health Clinicians, one per Counseling Enriched Special Day Class (CESDC) program and four Mental Health or Behavior Technicians, one per CESDC program; a total of two Mental Health Clinicians and two Mental Health or Behavior Technicians each at Oakland Academy of Knowledge and Sequoia Elementary School; and additionally, provide a 0.4-0.6 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Lead "Coach" Mental Health (MH) Tech, Behavior or Milieu Supervisor; a representative from SPG to meet on a monthly basis with OUSD Special Education Leadership team members for regular updates on program progress and provide IEP services, each as specified in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, for the period of ...
