Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Growing Together - Bay Area, Oakland, CA, for the latter to partner with District’s Expanded Learning Program to deliver garden-based health and environmental literacy programming, as well as skills training and career-preparation apprenticeships, at MetWest and Madison Park Academy Schools, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 28, 2026 through May 20, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $42,000.00.
