Approval by the Board of Education of an Oakland Unified School District Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, El Cerrito, CA, for the latter to provide School Violence Intervention and Prevention Program services to reduce campus violence, interrupt cycles of retaliation and harm, and support the long-term stability of high-risk youth so that school environments are safe enough for meaningful academic and social engagement, as stated in Exhibits A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein, at Rudsdale Continuation High School and Castlemont High School, in an amount not to exceed $352,185.90, for the term October 19, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
