Ratification by the Board of Education of the Services Agreement between the Oakland Unified School District and Navalta Media, Fairfield, CA, for the latter to provide strategic communications, media relations, reputation management, executive communications, and related communications support as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period July 22, 2026, through May 22, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $114,000.00.
