Ratification by the Board of Education of a Smartcat Platform Inc. Services Agreement by and between the District (Client) and Smartcat Platform, Inc., Boston, MA, for the latter to provide the Client with the Subscription Services, Translation Services, described in the Order Form, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 14, 2026 through July 13, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $42,000.00.
