This conduct was not in compliance with Government Code section 54954.3(a). Board Action: The Board hereby: 1. Acknowledges that the failure to permit non-agenda public comment at the May 13, 2026 Regular Board Meeting violated the Brown Act, Government Code section 54954.3(a). 2.
