Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and Langan CA, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide environmental site assessment consulting services for site improvement projects at Madison Primary Academy Elementary; MLA Maxwell Elementary; Joaquin Miller Elementary; Emerson Elementary; Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary; Manzanita Community School; and Garfield Elementary School, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the not-to-exceed amount of $83,930.00, which includes a contingency fee of $7,630.00, for additional services, for the duration of the Project, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of Agreement, which is expected to be from January 9, 2025, through April 30, 2025.
