Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Inspection of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and The KDI Group, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record Services, as specified in Section 4 - Duties and Conduct of the Inspector - incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the oversight of California Children Services Medical Therapy Unit at the Santa Fe Site Portable Modernization Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $48,906.00, which includes a contingency fee of $4,296.00, for Additional Services, and $1,650.00 for a one-time fee for Errors and Omission Insurance, with the work scheduled to commence on November 14, 2024, and schedule to last until June 30, 2025, but may not be completed until later if delays in design or construction arise.
