Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a mental health provider to support individual students with counseling for the 2024-2025 school year, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Greenleaf Elementary School, for the period of August 19, 2024 through May 27, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
