Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Luna Dance & Creativity, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide weekly dance classes, and related tasks, for the students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Kaiser Elementary School, for the period of September 2, 2024 through May 29, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $34,100.00.
