Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Jensen Best, Oakland, CA, for the latter to create and lead team building games and activities for students during lunch, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Elmhurst United Middle School, for the period of August 12, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
