Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Living Jazz, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a 15-week choral component taught by a lead Teaching Artist (TA) and a piano accompanist, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Cleveland Elementary School, for the period of September 1, 2024 through June 1, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
