Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Zymbolic LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide weekly socioemotional learning and character development sessions to TK-8 students and staff, more specifically described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Greenleaf Elementary School, for the period of August 19, 2024 through May 27, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
