Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Michelle Drake, Elk Grove, CA, for the latter to provide expert guidance to OUSD interim [Nutrition] leadership to ensure that the program is aligned to state and federal standards and identify areas of improvement for short-term and long-term program improvement as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $57,600.00.
