Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Restorative Student Ambassador to support and initiate restorative justice practices at site throughout the academic school year, as described in Exhibit a of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Frick United Academy of Language, for the period of January 8, 2024 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
