Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and UnaMesa Association dba InPlay, San Mateo, CA, for the latter to create an enrollment system for OUSD parents to participate in independent summer programs and a summer activity guide for all OUSD parents, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $74,000.00.
