Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Michael Sullivan, Riverbank, CA, for the latter to provide technical support to maintain computers and projectors; support all technology needs and work to train staff on equipment; provide lighting and sound support during the theater use; set up auditorium for multiple school events; support the music and drama departments for performances during the school year and in summer help staff use the various components of the auditorium space at Castlemont High School, for the period of February 14, 2024 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
