Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide arts instruction that teach students about sustainability, as well as cultural heritage, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at West Oakland Middle School, for the period of February 14, 2024 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
