Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Excel Consulting Services, LLC, Richmond, CA, for the latter to support the site principal in improving communication protocols to lessen complaints, as further described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at MLK/Lafayette Elementary School, for the period of October 23, 2023 through June 7, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
