Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Study Smart Tutors, Westlake Village, CA, for the latter to provide during the day, after-school, and Saturday school tutoring support for identified K-5 students to improve and accelerate grade-level math mastery before the end of the school year, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Burckhalter Elementary School, for the period of February 1, 2024 through May 23, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00.
