Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Agreement for Architectural Services by and between the District and Noll & Tam Architects, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide continuing basic services for Phase 1 Assessment and Design of three existing portal buildings and Phase II DSA approvals and construction administration fees, as described in the Proposal dated November 27, 2023, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Urban Promise Academy (UPA) Campus Portable Relocation Project, in an additional amount of $34,303.00, for Basic Services, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $121,093.00 to $155,396.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
