Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Michelle Drake, Elk Grove, CA, for the latter to provide expert guidance to OUSD interim Nutritional Services leadership to ensure that the Nutrition Services Program is aligned to state and federal standards and identify areas of improvement for both short-term and long-term program improvement, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of February 9, 2024 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $24,800.00.
