Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two mental health providers to give Tier 1, Tier 3 and In-Kind Services, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Bella Vista Elementary School, for the period of January 22, 2024 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
