Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to manage, expand, and sustain the Family Resource Center, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of August 7, 2023 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
