Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and HERTZ Environmental, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter, pursuant to its proposal of December 8, 2023, to perform the following services - (1) pre-bid coordination to assist Oakland Unified School District ("District") with preparation of contract specifications; (2) to prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and (3) to act as the Qualified SWPPP Practitioner for the referenced project in compliance with the Construction General Permit, Order No. 2009-0009-DWQ (as amended by Order Nos. 2010-0014-DWQ and 2012-0006-DWQ), hereinafter referred to as "Permit", for the Laurel Child Development Center Replacement Project, in an additional amount not-to-exceed $4,500.00, which includes a not-to-exceed contingency fee of $1,500.00, for additional services, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $27,500.00 to $32,000.00, with an unchanged time ...
